Quick answers
What happens after I reach out?
I will review your enquiry and respond personally, usually within one business day.
Depending on the project, I may answer directly by email or suggest a short discovery call to clarify the objectives, audience, scope, timeline and review requirements.
If the project is a good fit, I will recommend an approach and provide a proposal outlining the scope, deliverables, timeline and fee before work begins.
How do you price a project?
Projects are priced on a fixed-fee basis after the scope, complexity, deliverables, timeline, and review requirements have been established.
Fixed-fee pricing provides cost clarity and keeps the engagement focused on the work and agreed outcomes rather than time alone. Hourly or day-rate arrangements may be used where the scope is ongoing or cannot reasonably be defined in advance.
Can you work under an NDA?
Yes. Confidentiality is a standard part of scientific communications. I’m comfortable working with sensitive, unpublished and commercially confidential information and entering into an NDA where required.
What type of clients do you work with?
I work with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, diagnostics, MedTech and other life science organisations, from funded startups to established international companies.
Typical engagements involve medical affairs, publications, scientific marketing, product communications or strategic scientific communications.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes, I regularly collaborate with teams worldwide. I work from Central European Time and can schedule meetings across time zones to suit your team.
I’m not ready to hire yet. Can I still reach out?
Absolutely. Many projects begin with an informal conversation. I’m happy to talk even if you’re just scoping a future project or building a case internally.
How quickly will I hear back?
I respond personally, usually within one business day.
