This project transformed a series of educational patient case studies into a continuous digital display for use on large-format exhibition screens at scientific conferences.
Rather than simply repurposing the printed material, the content was redesigned specifically for a visual medium, ensuring key scientific messages could be understood quickly as attendees passed the booth or engaged in conversations with the commercial team.
These slides were part of a larger booth video project of which I strategised, led, and executed.

My role
I adapted existing patient case studies into a continuous digital presentation designed for exhibition displays at international conferences. This content has been updated and reused across multiple different conferences and trade shows.
This involved restructuring the content for passive viewing, rewriting sections to reduce text density, redesigning the visual layout, and creating a seamless looping presentation that could communicate key clinical messages while supporting conversations at the exhibition booth.
These digital displays were adapted from a series of educational patient case handouts developed for the same conference programmes.

Communication considerations
Content designed for a printed handout cannot simply be placed on a large display.
Conference attendees rarely stand and watch an entire presentation from beginning to end. Instead, they engage with the content for only a few seconds while walking past or during conversations with booth staff.
To accommodate this behaviour, the patient cases were redesigned with shorter messaging, stronger visual hierarchy, simplified layouts, and a continuous looping structure. The objective was to capture attention, communicate the core clinical message at a glance, and encourage further discussion with the scientific and commercial team.
